Sales Taxes

Since we are based in Los Angeles, California we are required to Collect 8.25% sales tax on each sale made within the state. All other states are tax-exempt. Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to apply any taxes where federal, state, or local regulations apply that we are not aware of and subject to collect.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.  You must obtain a return shipping number (RSN) before sending merchandise back to us.  You can receive a return shipping number by submitting a reason for return via e-mail at sales@jooltool.com.  If merchandise is returned without a return shipping number credit will not be given nor merchandise accepted.
